Prospect & Qualify: Research, identify, and connect with potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
Generate Qualified Pipeline: Drive awareness and interest in our product/service through creative and personalized outbound outreach campaigns.
Experiment & Iterate: Test messaging, outreach strategies, and tools to optimize lead generation efforts.
Collaborate: Partner closely with the VP Sales to refine messaging and target audiences.
Moving Leads: When you’ve qualified a prospect, you’ll schedule the next steps with a sales representative. You’ll ensure that leads are handed off smoothly, working closely with the sales team to provide a seamless buying experience for the customer.
Report & Analyze: Track key metrics (e.g., calls, emails, meetings booked) and provide feedback on what’s working and what’s not.
Requirements

You have +2 years of experience in a similar outbound sales role (or a demonstrated passion for sales if you’re just starting out).
Proven experience as an SDR focused on outbound lead generation.
Experience operating in a high-velocity, non-enterprise, earlier stage business.
You are motivated by playing in a competitive market where your skills will be tested.
You work efficiently and recognize when time is being wasted.
Comfortable working in a remote environment while also driving a collaborative working style.
Most of all you act with urgency and choose simple over complex.
