About the role
- Cultivate current list of client leads with sales outreach
- Utilize creative ideas to contact lackluster leads
- Track and manage all client activity within the sales CRM
- Phone qualifying leads and connecting them with broker team
- Communicate with President regarding leads & activity
- Generate new lead opportunities through cold calling and outreach

Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a sales role within a fast-growing organization
- Highly organized and motivated with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can maximize results
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working within a sales CRM
