About the role
- Help drive communications around our teams’ work and projects
- Organize town halls to increase transparency
- Assist with other project coordination tasks supporting Product Engineering leaders
- Develop and manage communications that highlight Product Engineering teamwork, milestones, and key initiatives
- Assist with creating and maintaining content for internal updates, presentations, and leadership-facing materials
- Support the planning and organization of recurring town halls and leadership forums to increase transparency and employee engagement
- Support cross-team collaboration by organizing meetings, documenting outcomes, and managing action items
- Assist in planning team offsites, including agenda development, logistics coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
- Assist GIS engineering leaders with project coordination tasks
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort working closely with technical and engineering leaders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with colleagues across different time zones
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong experience in developing high-impact executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Confluence experience - nice to have.
