Lead the design and development of core platform components for a multi-cloud hybrid infrastructure
Architect scalable, secure, and resilient platform solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, and CloudFormation
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform services using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
Ensure platform observability through integration of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform engineering practices
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

Requirements

Expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools: Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation
Experience with container orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
Knowledge of service mesh technologies: Istio, Linkerd
Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Go, Java
Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
Familiarity with configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud environments
Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog
Hands-on experience with API gateway and service integration: Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway
Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
Experience with database technologies: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
Understanding of DevSecOps practices and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of experience in software engineering and platform development
Proven track record of designing and implementing core platform solutions in multi-cloud environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
