About the role

  • Consult, empower, and enable international regions by supporting strategic demos, qualification calls, and RFI/RFP responses.
  • Lead pre-sales and solution consulting discussions where regional expertise is limited.
  • Enable regional Solution Consultants through guidance and deep expertise on global fraud products such as Device Risk and IP Intelligence (IPI).
  • Act as a subject matter expert for international regions during pre-sales and pre-contract engagements for global fraud products.
  • Partner with dedicated Fraud Sales Specialists to bring your expertise and help close high-value international opportunities, particularly those in advanced pipeline stages (25%+).
  • Collaborate with regional teams to deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilots that validate solution value and accelerate decision-making.
  • Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing, best practices, and tools that improve solution positioning and accelerate deal closure.
  • Maintain and evolve competitive intelligence in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to ensure market relevance.
  • Champion the Voice of Customer, providing actionable insights to influence product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and future-state planning.
  • Support sales leadership in deal qualification and strategic account planning to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and solution narratives to senior stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning TransUnion as a trusted advisor.
  • Track and analyze Closed Won/Lost performance for global fraud products (Device Risk and IPI) and present insights to senior leadership forums when required.
  • Serve as first-line support for international Solution Consultants and Product Teams for technical and pre-sales queries related to global fraud products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Device Risk, IP Intelligence, or related fraud prevention products.
  • Track record years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success, or product strategy, ideally within financial services or a related discipline.
  • Ability to operate as a strategic advisor, influencing decisions at senior levels and driving solution strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency in RESTful APIs, web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI).
  • High-level understanding of mobile SDK deployments and integration.
  • Fluent English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are a distinct advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed organization, collaborating across global teams.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support international regions.
