About the role
- Provide operational, analytical support, and process improvement for the Enterprise Feedback Management Platform
- Collaborate with insights consultants to provide strategic insights
- Design and build insight-driven research studies, reports, and dashboards
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and data analysis using querying and data visualization tools
- Perform quality assurance on reporting and dashboard deliverables
- Extract, analyze and use data to build surveys, dashboards, reports
- Continuously monitor customer feedback dashboards to identify emerging trends
- Help build a more effective engine and supporting processes to improve team efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer feedback or survey analytics
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Math or Analytics /BI related field
- Some experience with building reports and dashboards using Tableau (or similar)
- Some experience using R or Python or SPSS or a similar scripting language/tool for statistical analysis
- Extensive experience with creating reports, visualizations and communicating results to different audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
