About the role
- Prepare recurring reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis for external and internal customers (TfNSW, ED, DED, AD and other managers in FMD)
- Create new dataflows and dashboards in tools such as Domo, SAP, Tableau as requested
- Ensure automation in development of reports and analysis
- Manage dataflows, datasets and dashboards and documentation for mandatory reporting
- Participate in requirements gathering, UAT and testing data sources for FMD reporting
- Conduct investigations and produce summary maintenance reports to inform data-driven decisions
Requirements
- Experience in reporting & analytics tools such as Domo, SAP, Tableau
- Understanding the basic principles of Business Intelligence Reporting with high volume of data from different systems
- Quick learning ability and logical thinking
- Conduct analysis to maximise safety, reliability and performance of the fleet
- Provide summary reports of maintenance to make data driven decisions
- Integrate and verify data from multiple sources to improve quality and automation of reports
- Ability to conduct detailed investigations on sensitive issues and write reports
- Demonstrated ability to work within an environment of competing priorities and meeting deadlines
