About the role
- Work within our Business Systems & Compliance Team within the Fleet Engineering & Assurance branch of Sydney Trains
- Lead and deliver programs that provide improvement, assurance and compliance of systems and processes across Fleet Maintenance
- Develop process improvements and drive process adoption and compliance for enterprise systems and processes
- Conduct audits, inspections and investigations to deliver assurance of safety, environment, quality and risk management requirements
- Accountable for general business improvement initiatives
- Provide business systems and compliance support with a primary focus on Fleet Maintenance projects
- Liaise, consult and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and improve documentation
Requirements
- Your tertiary qualifications will be in Business/ Science and Engineering/ Project Management/ Finance or a related discipline
- Extensive knowledge in enterprise systems and assurance
- Good at report writing
- Ability to analyse and develop solutions
- Working knowledge of project management
- Configuration management knowledge
- Maintenance management systems and processes
- Sound understanding of SAP transactions for planning, scheduling and execution of heavy maintenance
