About the role
- contribute to initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- lead and participate in investigations uncovering business needs
- apply business modelling and analysis tools to ensure best‑practice standards
- identify, design, and implement business improvement opportunities across programs
- develop clear specifications in collaboration with technical specialists
- facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing to confirm solutions meet expectations
- support the development of business cases with Project Management Office and business leaders
Requirements
- relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- hands‑on experience contributing to successful delivery across a range of business and people‑focused initiatives
- confident coordinating and facilitating UAT with business stakeholders
- strong time‑management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- analytical mindset with core Business Analysis skills
- familiarity with HR, Payroll, or other divisional projects
- ability to engage, listen, and articulate ideas effectively with diverse teams
