About the role

  • Work as a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in relation to enhancing HR processes and systems (all project based).
  • You will provide functional leadership, offering crucial guidance and testing, and ensuring the adoption of best practices within your area of expertise.
  • You’ll design functional solutions, performing in-depth analysis, presenting tailored options that best meet company requirements.
  • This role requires you to be a proactive problem solver, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, aligned with thorough research activities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate functional and technical details into clear and actionable user stories, with defined acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, S/4HANA Human Resources, and SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Succession, and Development)
  • Strong expertise in system configuration, implementation, and support
  • Proven abilities designing functional solutions and conduct thorough analyses to present tailored recommendations
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end HR business processes
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Sound problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and support organizational growth through innovative solutions.
