About the role
- design and deliver high-quality blended learning solutions
- collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- translate complex, safety-critical technical and operational content into clear, engaging learning
- support the rollout of ETCS Level 2 across the NSW rail network
- adhere to strict safety and compliance requirements
Requirements
- at least three years’ experience in transport, safety, infrastructure, or other regulated environments
- strong ability to translate complex technical information into high-impact, learner-focused training
- advanced skills in MS Word and PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), and video editing tools such as Vyond
- ideally experience working within VET-accredited frameworks
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
