About the role
- Support project managers by creating and maintaining accurate schedules using Primavera
- Shape how scheduling is done across Sydney Trains
- Define key milestones, setup reporting structures, and produce insights
- Ensure new systems and assets are seamlessly embedded into live railway operations
- Develop readiness activities through stakeholder engagement and oversee every moving part for safe and compliant delivery.
Requirements
- Confident using scheduling software, especially Primavera
- Comfortable analysing complex data
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Understanding of standardisation and continuous improvement
- Background in design and construction is a bonus.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering or project management or equivalent experience in scheduling, time management, critical path analysis
- Experience with Primavera is essential.
