- Support project delivery through effective program governance, reporting, and data management
- Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow tool for accurate data and insightful reporting
- Build, enhance, and maintain complex dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure data quality and governance standards
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in IT, systems administration, or project management environments
- Experience using ServiceNow (Project Management) tool
- Ability to maintain and optimize dashboards and reports
- Experience in delivering technology-driven reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
