About the role
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Asset Register for the heavy rail corridor
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Strategic Transport Asset and Services Plan
- Support the preparation and refinement of investment plans
- Monitor asset performance against defined safety, maintenance, and operational standards
- Identify and document whole of life asset management practices
- Provide asset-specific advice into governance processes and forums
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure asset management requirements are incorporated into planning and delivery activities
- Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in Heavy Rail Corridor asset management within a complex infrastructure or transport environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage asset data and support the development of strategic asset and investment plans
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience
