About the role
- Monitor traffic flow and respond to incidents
- Coordinate real-time solutions using MMS, SCATS, and SRMS
- Make fast decisions during congestion or incidents
- Contribute to planning and support major events
- Ensure safe, timely, and effective responses
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in traffic management
- Experience with motorway operations or SCATS systems
- Relevant qualification or equivalent background
- Smart Motorway experience with dynamic lane controls, variable speed limits, or automated incident detection
- Willingness to commit to a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
