About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete 1 short story of approximately 3,900 words
- Submit a brief plot for approval before writing the story
- Write the story in an assigned genre based on selected preference: Kids, Thriller/Mystery, Sci-fi/Fantasy, Self-help, Romance, or Memoir/Biography
- Complete the project within the specified timeframe of approximately 2 weeks
- Make revisions if required based on feedback
- Create high-quality story content to help test and improve Machine Translation technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Residency in South Korea
- Native-level fluency and excellent writing skills in Korean, including grammar and spelling
- Working proficiency in English; all communication and guidelines are in English
- Degree in Literature or Creative Writing and/or proven experience in writing or content creation
- Strong preference for candidates with published books and/or high-quality writing samples in relevant genres
