About the role

Process 'Calls for Help' received from the supported community
Become familiar with supported games to resolve player requests
Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or professional-level Portuguese with excellent oral and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of gaming social media platforms including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
Passion for video games
