About the role

Process “Calls for Help” received from the supported community
Become familiar with supported games to resolve player requests effectively
Stay up to date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes
Use ticketing and social media platforms
Find creative solutions to day-to-day issues
Assist with reporting by tracking data on forms or spreadsheets
Support managers with ad-hoc tasks
Reach KPIs including Productivity, Quality, and Player Satisfaction
Enforce community rules and treat players fairly within the game context

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native or professional-level German with excellent oral and written skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of gaming social media platforms, including Reddit, Facebook, X, and Discord
Passion for video games
