About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Focus on all stages of the recruiting process for contract legal placement
Interview, check references, and extend offers for new contract legal hires
Post positions and maintain a candidate database
Develop understanding of client hiring needs/project needs
Build and update extensive candidate database
Confirm licensure, extending offers, and onboarding staff for each project
Liaise with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR
Develop creative methods of advertising positions to find appropriate candidates
Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience
Strong sense of urgency
Extremely organized and detailed oriented
Adept at full-cycle project management
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keen problem-solving methodology
Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
Highly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel
Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus
