About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop understanding of current client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectations
Build and update extensive candidate database
Confirming licensure, extending offers and onboarding the staff for each project
Liaison with groups engaged in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partners
Develop creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates
Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1-3+ years high volume recruiting, legal recruiting, or legal industry experience
Strong sense of urgency
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Adept at full-cycle project management
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Keen problem-solving methodology
Creative problem solving, ability to develop strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
Highly proficient managing and maintaining databases, learning new software and working with Outlook and Excel
Experience in eDiscovery document review recruiting is a plus.
