About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to evaluate AI models in sales
- Identify gaps and improve conversation quality in AI sales systems
- Validate AI outputs with real-world sales scenarios
- Define key metrics and success criteria for model performance
- Support data labeling and provide context on sales stages
- Assist in designing prompts for AI adaptation to buyer personas
- Stay updated with evolving sales methodologies and CRM technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of core sales experience (B2B Account Executive, Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Leadership)
- Advanced language skills in Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the full sales funnel, pipeline management, CRM logic, and various sales techniques/methodologies
- Analytical mindset to analyze conversation transcripts
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
