About the role

  • Design and develop high-quality datasets consisting of complex, expert-level questions that require multi-step reasoning and domain knowledge
  • Create accurate, well-supported answers that demonstrate correct reasoning and effective use of external knowledge sources
  • Develop clear, detailed evaluation rubrics to assess answer quality, correctness, and reasoning depth
  • Define, incorporate complex tools, and function calls, including web search, document retrieval, data analysis, and calculations
  • Ensure factual accuracy, logical consistency, and methodological soundness across all dataset components
  • Curate diverse tasks spanning multiple domains, difficulty levels, and reasoning styles
  • Validate and refine datasets through testing and iteration to ensure reliability and evaluation effectiveness
  • Document dataset structure, assumptions, and processes to support reuse, scalability, and future development

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
  • Proven record of accomplishment in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Solid understanding of corporate finance principles
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Skilled in variance analysis, trend analysis, and KPI reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA)
