About the role
- Lead data evaluation, content creation, and fact-checking tasks
- Work with AI researchers and engineers to define and expand data workflows
- Execute collection and evaluation tasks with precision and speed
- Develop innovative methods to improve data workflows
- Conduct in-depth research using LLM models
- Create high-quality original content and problems to challenge current AI models
- Collaborate across teams to maximize throughput and data quality
Requirements
- Master’s with distinction or PhD in Chemistry
- Strong expertise and extensive domain experience in Chemistry
- Content development in one or more of the target domains
- Strong writing skills
- Excellent research and fact-checking abilities
- Creativity to generate original problems and content
- Understanding of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI content tools
- Awareness of ethical AI use and methods to reduce bias in AI training
- High attention to detail, accuracy in data, and clear communication skills.
