- Define common research and analysis workflows in finance
- Build test cases and evaluation criteria for AI workflows
- Assess model’s ability with financial tasks
- Curate high-quality financial data for AI training
- Provide feedback on model outputs and suggest improvements
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, Equity Research
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
