About the role
- Review original short stories to ensure accurate spelling, grammar, and guideline compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback to help improve plot, structure, character development, and other storytelling elements.
- Different rounds of review may be required for each story.
Requirements
- Residence in the United States
- Idiomatic fluency in English (US)
- Excellent reading skills in English (US) (grammar, spelling)
- Working proficiency in English required, as all communication and task guidelines will be in English
- Graduate or undergraduate degree in literature, journalism, or creative writing and/or proven experience in editing, proofreading or a relevant field.
- Ability to start and complete tasks within the given deadline
- Strong attention to detail
