Demonstrated ability to improve performance through structured data analysis, testing and optimisation – ecommerce capability is important
Strong commercial understanding - CPA, ROAS, margins, contribution and growth levers matter here
Confidence in creative execution
Working knowledge of Google Ads and SEO/AIO performance principles
Strong analytical thinking and optimisation mindset
Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and performance outcomes
