About the role

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from website forms, booking requests, and other channels.
Engage potential patients via phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs and guide them toward booking.
Explain services, treatment options, and pricing clearly and professionally.

Secure confirmed bookings and ensure accurate data entry into the scheduling system.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms.
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Comfortable working toward KPIs and performance goals.
