About the role

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic partners, enabling them to integrate Transmit Security’s CIAM, authentication, and fraud APIs into their products and solutions.
  • Provide hands-on engineering support: code samples, reference architectures, integration reviews, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to ensure partner integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Translate partner feedback and field learnings into clear product requirements and roadmap input.
  • Build and maintain partner-facing technical assets (docs, sample apps, integration guides, POCs).
  • Support partner enablement through technical workshops, solution design sessions, and pre‑sales engineering support.
  • Act as a technical advocate for the partner ecosystem, helping partners succeed commercially and technically.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and modern authentication flows (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, passwordless)
  • Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies
  • Ability to write production-quality code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go)
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns
  • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge business, product, and engineering teams
  • Comfortable working with external partners and influencing without authority
