About the role

  • Leads the development and execution of the organization’s growth strategy
  • Partners with the CEO, CFO, and Senior VP of Operations to identify, evaluate, and implement new market opportunities
  • Provides data-driven insights and recommendations to support forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains a comprehensive Sales Training Playbook
  • Provides ongoing education and support to field sales leadership and representatives
  • Directly oversees the Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Market Development
  • Develops, implements, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing effectiveness, referral growth, and ROI.
  • Strengthens Transitions’ reputation as a premier hospice and palliative care provider

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare business development, preferably in hospice, home health, or post-acute sectors
  • Proven success in strategic planning, market analysis, and multi-state business expansion.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training and development programs.
  • Willingness to travel to field markets regularly for support and oversight.
