About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical implementation of BI solutions including data models, reports, and dashboards
Design and develop in Microsoft BI stack: SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory
Participate in client discovery and requirements sessions to ensure aligned solutions
Deliver solutions on time and on budget by adhering to project milestones and standards
Serve as technical lead on projects, mentoring developers and setting coding best practices
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
Stay up to date with Microsoft BI innovations and bring best practices into projects
Support client onboarding and solution training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
4–5 years’ experience with Microsoft BI technologies: SQL Server (T-SQL, schema design)
Azure Data Factory (data pipelines, transformations)
Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development)
Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing a plus)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and lead small development teams
Demonstrated experience mentoring peers or leading design/technical sessions
Comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
