About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing and developing comprehensive eLearning and instructor-led learning resources
Use established instructional design principles, accessibility guidelines, and project guidelines to design and develop comprehensive, multi-modal learning content
Prototype and build learning solutions using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise)
Ensure all learning materials are structured and sequenced to meet established learning objectives
Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and interpret project documentation
Develop and implement clear, measurable activities and assessment items

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience creating curriculum resources from scratch, adhering to industry or defined standards.
Conceptual understanding of designing for 3D environments, Virtual Reality (VR), or Augmented Reality (AR).
Experience with 3D assets or environments and/or collaborating with 3D artists or XR developers.
