Instructional Designer – Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for designing and developing comprehensive eLearning and instructor-led learning resources
- Use established instructional design principles, accessibility guidelines, and project guidelines to design and develop comprehensive, multi-modal learning content
- Prototype and build learning solutions using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise)
- Ensure all learning materials are structured and sequenced to meet established learning objectives
- Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and interpret project documentation
- Develop and implement clear, measurable activities and assessment items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience creating curriculum resources from scratch, adhering to industry or defined standards.
- Conceptual understanding of designing for 3D environments, Virtual Reality (VR), or Augmented Reality (AR).
- Experience with 3D assets or environments and/or collaborating with 3D artists or XR developers.
