About the role
- Responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers
- Carry out responsibilities that lead to achievement of company objectives, contributing to the company’s success
- Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count
- Develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers
- Collaborate with varying levels of team members and customer resources
- Collaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to establish competitive pay rates
- Build relationships within local communities to promote the company brand
- Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in all systems
- Conduct interviews and sell drivers on Employment Solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired
- Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals
- General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations
- Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
