About the role

  • Responsible for full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers
  • Carry out responsibilities that lead to achievement of company objectives, contributing to the company’s success
  • Ensure sustained growth of Driver Count
  • Develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers
  • Collaborate with varying levels of team members and customer resources
  • Collaborate with Sales partners and Market Manager to establish competitive pay rates
  • Build relationships within local communities to promote the company brand
  • Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in all systems
  • Conduct interviews and sell drivers on Employment Solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years of successful recruiting experience desired
  • Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of general recruiting fundamentals
  • General knowledge of applicable employment and transportation regulations
  • Requires superior relationship building skills, strong communications, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
