About the role

  • Maintain strong treasury controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all treasury processes;
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly;
  • Strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions to support treasury operations and secure optimal banking terms;
  • Monitor and manage daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs;
  • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow projections, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to optimize liquidity;
  • Manage excess cash investments, ensuring alignment with internal policies, risk appetite, and market conditions;
  • Ensure treasury activities comply with applicable regulations, including the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory guidelines relevant to Brazilian entities;
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of international payments and funding flows between group entities;
  • Support improvements to the Treasury Management System (TMS) and back-office tools to enhance automation, controls, and reporting;
  • Support other Treasury professionals across different markets in Latin America;
  • Support global Treasury initiatives focused on improvements across various LATAM markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Markets, or related areas;
  • Knowledge of bank reconciliation, treasury controls, and bank account management;
  • Experience with cash flow, financial forecasting, and investment management;
  • Understanding of applicable Brazilian regulations (e.g., Central Bank requirements, capital requirements);
  • Experience with international operations, cross-border payments, and foreign exchange (FX) exposure;
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or financial/ERP tools;
  • Advanced English or Spanish;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel; knowledge of automation or analysis tools is desirable;
  • Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a controls-oriented profile;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple areas (Finance, Operations, Technology).
