About the role
- Deliver top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, in-person, or online
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Ensure support tickets are resolved within SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Keep support queues under control and provide consistent updates on open incidents
- Help users get the most from their systems, tools, and equipment
- Monitor system performance, perform routine audits and reports as needed
- Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared resources
- Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners
- Uphold IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements
- Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure
- Experience with ticketing/logging systems
- Skills in VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching
- Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Fluent English
