About the role

  • Deliver top-tier technical support to end-users via phone, in-person, or online
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
  • Ensure support tickets are resolved within SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Keep support queues under control and provide consistent updates on open incidents
  • Help users get the most from their systems, tools, and equipment
  • Monitor system performance, perform routine audits and reports as needed
  • Carry out regular IT housekeeping and maintain shared resources
  • Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners
  • Uphold IT policies, procedures, and security standards

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure
  • Experience with ticketing/logging systems
  • Skills in VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching
  • Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent English
