About the role

  • Lead integrated campaigns across brand, commercial, and member marketing, from kickoff through launch.
  • Partner closely with designers, writers, and channel leads  understanding their needs and helping them do their best work.
  • Manage project timelines, creative reviews, and production workflows to ensure smooth execution.
  • Drive process improvements, refine workflows, and maximize the tools we use so work moves faster and smarter.
  • Oversee campaign inception for high-priority launches and manage creative deliverables for ongoing requests.
  • Keep a close eye on quality  ensuring all assets are purposeful, polished, and on brand.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • Strong understanding of the creative process  from concept through design and production.
  • Experience managing complex campaigns with multiple collaborators and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with creative production tools and workflows; ability to optimize how teams use them.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, resources, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience setting up, managing, and refining project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or similar), building structure, workflows, and reporting that keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Experience in consumer marketing  whether from healthcare, retail, CPG, tech, travel, or other industries where shaping consumer behavior and engagement is core.
  • Background in both campaign management and creative production.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, brand campaigns, and member engagement programs.
