About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize the payment experience and maximize conversion across checkout journeys for our Ubigi B2C offerings (website and app) as well as for our B2B IoT/MVNO solutions sold online
- Deploy new payment methods to support international expansion: cryptocurrencies, wallets, regional card schemes (UnionPay, M-Pesa, etc.)
- Implement dynamic currency management and conversion-rate solutions to improve profitability
- Collaborate with our PSP (Stripe) to integrate effective anti-fraud mechanisms that balance security and a frictionless experience: 3DS, scoring, dynamic rules, etc.
- Propose UX optimizations for the payment/checkout flow to reduce friction and increase conversion rates
- Design and integrate end-to-end payment flows for a fully digital portal for enterprise customers
- Identify and propose strategic enhancements to strengthen the competitiveness of our online B2B offering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree (Business school, engineering school or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years' experience in product management, ideally in an international, multi-currency environment
- Good knowledge of PSPs, notably Stripe, in B2C and/or B2B contexts
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
