• Drive compliance-related product initiatives across all regions and entities
• Manage KYC/KYB/AML vendor integrations, funnel efficiency, and cost optimization
• Lead broader compliance projects (PCI DSS, GDPR/data protection, FATF Travel Rule, AMLD, regulatory requirements)
• Build scalable, automated solutions that support compliance operations worldwide
• Full KPI ownership from KYC pass rates and vendor SLAs to cost per verification and regulatory readiness
• Lead projects end-to-end: diagnose friction, define product requirements, automate workflows, enable cross-functional teams with documentation and knowledge sharing
• Integrate and manage multiple providers, build redundancy, and improve vendor routing to optimize funnel performance and cost
• Identify manual workflows and design product-led automations with AI to scale globally
• Analyze KYC/AML funnel drop-offs and failure points, build diagnostics and error-handling improvements
• Monitor and reduce per-verification COGS through vendor selection, routing logic, and commercial negotiations
• Define, track, and own key KPIs and build dashboards and alerting
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, engineering, operations, and leadership to prioritize initiatives
• Run knowledge transfer sessions and produce clear documentation
• Balance compliance rigor and fraud prevention with low-friction user experiences in onboarding flows

Cards are one of Transak’s highest-volume, highest-margin flows.
Own the orchestration layer for card payments, driving measurable gains in approval rates, cost optimization, and throughput.
Define and execute strategy for smart routing across PSPs, retries, fraud step-ups, and transaction optimization.
Design and optimize routing logic across multiple PSPs to maximize approval rates and minimize transaction costs with the help of AI.
Build robust retry and fallback mechanisms to reduce failed payments and increase conversion.
Run A/B tests and experiments on routing strategies, PSP configurations, and card flows.
Collaborate with risk, finance, partnerships, and engineering to reduce fraud and optimize margin.
Ensure orchestration systems meet PCI DSS, 3DS, and regional card regulations across jurisdictions.
Support integrations with new acquirers and local PSPs to unlock new markets.
Define and own KPIs such as authorization success rate, PSP uptime, false-positive rates, chargeback ratios, and margin per transaction.
