• Define and own the automation technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities and value outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end performance, stability, and supportability of automation platforms.
• Lead a high-performing software engineering focused automation team.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management for the Automation team.
• Act as the primary advocate for automation across the organisation but specifically into each of our 4 LOBs.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and delivery outcomes.

• Support, performance, integration, and provide knowledgeable input on proposed designs within TNS POP’s and Datacenters.
• Provide SME type support in one or multiple areas.
• Manage multiple assignments and problems in an environment of continually changing priorities.
• Travel to remote sites for periodic or emergency maintenance, customer support, equipment installation, de-installation, software upgrades, troubleshooting/repair.
• Provide and sustain a good working relationship and rapport with customers, regional partners, and internal TNS customers.
