About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service
Monitor alerts, exceptions, and system failures and ensure timely resolution
Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Lead operational processes within ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Partner with IT and Product teams to improve system reliability, automation, and data quality
Manage, coach, and develop a geographically distributed operations team
Establish performance expectations and drive accountability across the team
Identify recurring issues and lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide clear and actionable reporting to leadership on operational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in operations, order management, or system-driven environments
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Proven ability to manage operational incidents and cross-functional escalations
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
