Associate Project Managers engage directly with clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects across a broad range of product offerings.
They hold overall responsibility for the financial performance, quality, and client satisfaction of each engagement with Illumia’s Integrated Payments software.
Key responsibilities include accountability for overall performance and delivery of defined scope(s) of work as indicated by customer satisfaction.
Serves as primary customer contact and manages overall company customer interface relationships for defined scope(s) of work.
Preparing project kickoff presentation decks, agendas, project plans and client workbooks.
Scheduling meetings, documenting, and distributing agendas, call notes, and requesting resources to support client projects.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
2-3 years proven experience in program or project management leading clients and team members through large complex system implementation and integrations.
Client interfacing responsibilities in a management consulting setting demonstrating strong client relationship skills.
Experience managing the scope of projects – budgetary responsibilities highly preferred.
Demonstrated communication, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Has strong general computer skills (Microsoft Office, web applications, etc.).
Confident speaker and team player attitude.
