Ownership of Illumia's supply chain from demand planning through final delivery and reverse logistics
Ownership of Illumia's direct and indirect procurement.
Supply chain is a critical link in that chain
Illumia's supply chain currently operates across disconnected legacy systems, with critical data scattered across D365, FinOps, Jira, and manual spreadsheets
Building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
Professional certifications: CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CSCMP, or SCOR
10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain and/or procurement, with direct accountability for cross-functional operational outcomes
Experience managing direct and indirect spend, hardware ecosystems, and OEM/vendor relationships
Demonstrated success leading supply chain integration or transformation in a post-merger or high-growth environment
ERP proficiency, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Strong analytical skills — able to build and use data to diagnose problems, measure progress, and make decisions
Proven ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority
Experience deploying AI or automation tools within supply chain operations
Background in software or technology companies with both hardware and software product lines.
