About the role
- Own design for features across our software portfolio, with a primary focus on complex enterprise tools
- Work with product managers, product owners, customers, dev teams, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and constraints.
- Visualize and present design ideas and screen flows via wireframes, UI mock-ups, and click-through prototypes.
- Validate design ideas through user research and usability testing.
- Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards for each platform, particularly Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Continuously refine design ideas via ongoing user research and feedback loops.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Online or PDF portfolio of product design work that demonstrates your design process and the impact of your designs
- Experience with wireframing, mock-up, prototyping and design tools. We use Figma and know you can easily learn it if you have used tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer.
- Excellence in presenting and facilitating design reviews – you are good at selling your work and getting the feedback you need.
- Experience working with stakeholders including product management, product owners, dev teams, and customers.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Experience working closely with engineering to champion design at every step.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
