About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work alongside Account Executives and Sales team members to identify prospects’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives
Work alongside Customer Success Managers and Client Experience team members to identify customers’ pain points, challenges, and business objectives
Analyze prospect/customer needs technically, align them to best practices, and determine the best-fit product offering
Articulate and position Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions
Demonstrate Connected Workplace solutions according to prospects’ and customers’ needs
Configure the application to suit prospect/customer needs and business goals
Become an expert in Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace solutions and the ServiceNow platform
Assist with quotes and scope of work documents
Stay current on product enhancements and their application to industry challenges
Share product and industry insights with peers, colleagues, and partners
Support technical and functional RFI/RFQ/RFP responses
Support Proof of Concept/Proof of Value initiatives
Support Marketing and thought leadership initiatives, including tradeshows, webinars, conferences, executive briefings, and industry events
Provide product expertise and materials to customers and prospects and share field insights with Marketing, Product, and Innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of ServiceNow experience
2+ years of experience in facilities management, asset management, IWMS, EAM, CAFM, or CMMS software, or 2+ years of experience in presales and multiple years of experience in an industry of focus for Nuvolo
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to discuss complex solutions and explain them in an easy-to-understand way
Critical thinking abilities
Experience as a Consultant or working for a software provider preferred
