About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the front-line contact for customers and internal sales partners on dealer order management inquiries
- Identify models, find pricing and availability, match HVAC systems, and offer system solutions
- Drive customer engagement and own resolution from initial order request through post-delivery
- Collaborate and follow up with multiple teams to deliver customer needs
- Respond to and resolve order management inquiries
- Support model identification, pricing, availability, system match-ups, promotions, and system solutions
- Process customer orders, including promise dates and order entry
- Manage orders from placement to invoicing through phone, email, text, and chat
- Run order reports, fix misses and holds, and close open orders and returns
- Use operating-system functionality to support order fulfillment and customer activity
- Refer to and create standard work to maximize efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve order flow and customer experience
- Attend team meetings, manager meetings, and trainings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s Degree required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening
- Customer focus

- Problem-solving skills
