About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s)
- Participate in delivery projects through scripting and product configuration to meet client requirements
- Develop and configure web services in the ServiceNow-based EAM platform
- Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace products
- Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis
- Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools
- Assess client product usage and workflows to identify optimization, efficiency, and value-enhancement opportunities
- Perform personal and peer testing, validation, and code reviews
- Ensure deliverables align with platform best practices and industry standards
- Work with clients and collaborate across teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript
- Knowledge of fundamental database concepts
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AJAX
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
