About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in implementing Nuvolo’s Connected Workspace product(s)
Participate in delivery projects through scripting and product configuration to meet client requirements
Develop and configure web services in the ServiceNow-based EAM platform
Configure and customize Nuvolo Connected Workplace products
Perform ServiceNow development, configuration, and analysis
Integrate the EAM platform with third-party tools
Assess client product usage and workflows to identify optimization, efficiency, and value-enhancement opportunities
Perform personal and peer testing, validation, and code reviews
Ensure deliverables align with platform best practices and industry standards
Work with clients and collaborate across teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow
Strong proficiency in JavaScript or GlideScript
Knowledge of fundamental database concepts
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AJAX
Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with clients
