About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, coordinate, control, and direct activities of operational resources
  • Coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work
  • Procure appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards
  • Coordinate service resources and dispatch and assign team members to projects
  • Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability
  • Assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians
  • Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition
  • Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests
  • Generate work orders and review project paperwork
  • Forward project paperwork to Project Administrators
  • Generate various reports
  • Communicate with customers, Field Technicians, Project Managers, HVAC Field Technician Supervisors, and Service Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year of related experience and/or training
  • Alternatively, three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Extremely comfortable and effective on the phone
  • Organized with ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls preferred
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles are prioritized
