About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster deep and trusting relationships with customers
  • Drive account share and ensure exceptional customer retention
  • Develop HVAC system-related solutions addressing customer problems, including financial and performance considerations
  • Ascertain customer needs and current market opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
  • 5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles are prioritized
  • Desire to understand the business and connect customers with efficient, sustainable building service offerings
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads
  • Ability to facilitate customer conversations with business-level insights to establish value and create demand
  • Ability to close new business and grow existing account relationships
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Self-starter mindset
  • Ability to travel to customer job sites
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions, around moving mechanical parts, at heights, and in other variable environmental conditions
