About the role

  • Lead development of new features in PHP web applications
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders
  • Improve platform performance, maintainability, and code quality
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design documentation
  • Provide technical leadership through peer code reviews and mentorship

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional PHP application development experience.
  • Strong experience designing and architecting scalable back end systems
  • Hands-on experience with Laravel, SQL, Git, MongoDB, Docker, and shell scripting.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programing features and design practices.
  • Experience working in technical leadership or senior contributor role
  • Ability to understand, evaluate and improve existing codebases
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience building with modern front-end technologies such as Vue or React, preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud based platforms, including AWS, preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, preferred.
