About the role

  • Own discovery for new products and revenue streams
  • Lead end-to-end discovery for new products, features, and monetization opportunities
  • Build a durable Voice of Customer engine
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights in win/loss and churn analysis into clear product opportunities
  • Develop business cases outlining ICP, problem framing, value proposition
  • Drive product roadmap execution
  • Partner closely with Development and Engineering to deliver high-quality releases
  • Establish clear KPIs and use results to iterate on warranty updates and product enhancements
  • Identify where AI meaningfully improves customer value
  • Collaborate with Engineering and technical partners to translate needs into AI-ready requirements
  • Champion responsible AI practices
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to define positioning, differentiation, packaging, and launch strategy
  • Drive alignment with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to define and ship product improvements with strong specs, cross-functional coordination, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: can confidently use qualitative + quantitative inputs to drive prioritization (funnels, churn, win/loss patterns).
  • Experience contributing to or leading 0–1 initiatives (new products, new modules, new monetization).
  • Practical experience with AI-powered product work or features (GenAI and/or ML): opportunity identification, requirements, measurement, and iteration.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a growth-focused environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready clarity.
