About the role
- Design, build, and maintain production GenAI workflows and LLM-powered pipelines for information extraction and document generation.
- Support the deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of LLMs and GenAI components in production systems.
- Contribute to LLM and GenAI system evaluation, benchmarking model quality, latency, and cost in production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with Data/AI teams and product management partners to gather, clarify, and define technical and business requirements.
- Apply industry best practices for version control, automated testing, and reproducible workflows to ensure reliability and maintainability of code and experiments.
- Leverage advanced programming skills and strong software engineering fundamentals to create scalable and efficient systems.
- Employ a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques to optimize models and transition them seamlessly into production systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience implementing or deploying GenAI or LLM-powered features, services, or tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with ML monitoring and observability frameworks to support reliable GenAI/LLM deployment.
- Working knowledge of cloud based ML infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD frameworks).
- Understanding of MLOps tools and workflows including CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.
- Solid grasp of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and feature engineering.
